Thesis.net Property Management solution is a unique -and with unique records- management and operation application (Licensing, Real Estate, Legal Service) for all departments that are directly involved in real estate managing issues and those that complementary and in some cases need information (i.e. Accounting).
 

The application manages all information related to authorizations (i.e. licenses), elements like the entity that owns each facility (i.e. airport), the region where it belongs, the incomes of each facility and additional data recorded per facility: Topographic (Display on Google maps), land uses, encroachments etc. All data related to a specific property (contracts data, evaluators report, leases etc.) and additional data like Code No for National Lands, topographic contract, easement and any other if requested, are categorized. At the same time the possibility of direct and in-depth information is provided, multiply exploitable by each section separately and the management in general.

Possibilities like early warnings for actions to be taken (i.e. legalizations), organization and operation of the real estate portfolio, reduction of search time and of insufficient information are provided as well.
